Malibu Chest 4 Drawers W86 Spring Green

Everything was great until I got to the drawers. The backs and sides had no way to connect. They used some sort of tape or paint to keep them connected . Out of the box, not connected, paint peeled off. I had spent all day building and then met a dead end, with the drawer parts not able to connect. I noticed a small tube of glue in the box. No instructions. And it was like paper glue.

Very good quality easy to put together absolutely love it. It fits my space. I will definitely purchase again and also thinking about purchasing the smaller one and I would highly recommend anyone looking for this brand. Product is very very good quality.

Malibu black dresser is exactly as pictured. It is actually pretty sturdy for online furniture. Husband was impressed. We have built a lot of furniture so it wasn’t too difficult. Just be extra careful when putting drawer tracks on that they are the correct direction. We had no problem with this or the instruction manual. We did encounter issues with the second box and the design of the drawers. The drawers are supposed to be laminated wood that folds together to make the drawer back and sides. The pieces came broken so there is no way to fold to make the drawer. 34 of the drawers were broken upon arrival. To remedy this situation we went to the hardware store and bought screws. We had to drill 2 holes on each backside of the drawers then screw them together. So 4 holes 4 screws per drawer. I would highly suggest screwing the back of the drawers together even if they don’t come broken because obviously they break easily and you wouldn’t want the back of the drawer falling off. It does not come with nails or screws to secure the back part of the drawers (see pic with instructions). Obviously this was a big inconvenience, but Wayfair made it right for us. My kids had just waited a long time for the second box to arrive so there was no way we were sending it back and waiting for a new box. “Dad can fix anything” and so he did! You’ll never see the modifications we had to make because they are inside the dresser and in the back of the drawers. Overall most happy with the lookdesign 5 stars. Less 1 star because of the drawer issue.

easy to put together, heavy & sturdy. had a bit of “factory stink” to it that wore off after a few days. drawer runners aren’t very smooth moving, but i assume they will loosen up with use.

I truly love the style of this item and had really hoped it would work out. Unfortunately, I've received broken parts on four separate occasions, and with this most recent delivery, the box was thrown onto my steps, leaving the corner of the item badly mangled. It’s been incredibly disappointing to experience repeated damage, and I can no longer justify keeping it. I’d like to proceed with a return and request a full refund. Please let me know the next steps. Thank you

The dresser is very well made and heavy. It is the perfect retro piece for bunk room.

Everything is perfect except one piece on bottom leg is broke but it’s on floor so you can’t see it and one handle is broke extremely easy to put together and looks super nice and old school very heavy wood the back of the draws need more support I had to go buy something to put on them
