Connaught 46"W Solid Wood 2-Shelf Low Storage Cabinet with Glass Doors

Very good quality! Easy assembly and absolutely gorgeous.

I used to have a 100 year old China cabinet ; did not fit in our new Open Floor Plan house. (After finding a new home for the well loved cabinet) needed something to hold my China. Also had to back up to a love seat, like a console table. This cabinet is the perfect size, and a dark color like the dining table & chairs. I did not assemble it myself. Our handyman did so in 1 1/2 hours - which included unpacking the box, cleaning up afterwards. The piece is made real wood, as sturdy & hefty as it looks. The tops of the doors are off by less than 1/4” - I suspect I am the only person who ever notice.

The cabinet is very sturdy. I would have given it 5 stars, but several aspects of putting the piece together were a bit challenging. The back attaches with screws, but there are no starter holes. If you're using a power drill (which I wasn't) I'm thinking the process would have gone a lot smoother. Also the doors were incredible difficult to attach & one of the doors isn't contacting with the magnet so it is tricky to get it to stay shut. Attaching the door might have been easier with a 2nd person to hold the door. Over all the piece is beautiful and the end result is exactly what we were looking for. We are pleased with our purchase.

This is a beautiful cabinet. The directions were straight forward and it only took about an hour to put together! They pulled my living room together nicely ! The thumbprint lamp adds an additional nice touch!

It’s a beautiful cabinet but it was difficult to assemble and both doors did not line up. My husband actually had to create new holes to make the doors close properly.

The final item is 5 stars - it is beautiful and functional. However, full disclosure -- getting it and getting it assembled was a 1/5 stars. The top plank came broken fully down the middle which is a head scratcher because the fragile GLASS was not and it makes me think it was broken in the packing process prior to shipping. An additional plank was shipped easily but it wasn't well wrapped, so there was a tiny chipping on the edge, and there was a one day delay. The process of coordinating an assembly service with the original breakage and then again for just standard assembly was a disaster (likely because of a Wayfair glitch) and I ultimately could not get it assembled through the wayfair services. It wasn't a super complicated assembly, but it is heavy.

The dark chestnut color is much darker in person that it looks in the pictures. I'd liken it to an espresso, almost black. Nonetheless, it's an attractive piece that's meeting my needs. Assembly takes a while. I did it on my own but would recommend you enlist the help of one other person to speed it along.

I love this piece. Super easy to put together, and you can't beat the quality for the price. My only gripe was a couple slight cosmetic defects but Wayfair made it right. You won't find another solid wood buffet for this price and quality to boot. 5 stars for the value and service from Wayfair.
