Calaro Aluminum Galvanized Steel Patio Gazebo with Double Roof

Absolutely an awesome gazebo. Came in 7 boxes. It was not near as bad to build as I was anticipating, very well built, everything I wanted and more.

The structure itself gets five stars. The delivery was TERRIBLE. It was delivered to our neighbor’s house, so we had to get help to move it to our house. The box was damaged, and bolts were scattered all over their gravel driveway. During assembly, we ran out of bolts. Customer service was contacted and more bolts were promised. They never came. We purchase more on our own. The product went on sale for a few hundred less a couple of weeks after we ordered, and Wayfair declined our request to price match. We got 10% off our next order instead. This is probably our worst experience with Wayfair.

All 5 boxes arrived within a two day span. It took 4 of us 16 hours over 2 days to get this put together. I watched a YouTube video from “The Spirited Wrenchers” a couple of times before opening a box and that helped immensely. Save yourself a big headache with the little plastic clips that go on the roof panels and glue those plastic pieces to the roof panels before you climb up the ladder because they will come off when you’re trying to slide them into the channels…if that doesn’t make sense, it will when you start working them. Went through about a 20 mph wind storm already and it didn’t move. Don’t bank on the gazebo arriving on Wayfair’s predicted date. They put my order in right away, but it took FedEx a few days to pick it up. Their estimate on arrival date is based on “the best case scenario” and they don’t control when FedEx picks up the packages and ships them out. It took a little less than a week from buying it to receiving all 5 boxes.

Good product with a few small issues. The directions have to be downloaded. They are mostly pictures and some steps are not very clear. The alignment for holes and screws/bolts are off for some parts. There were also some holes in the roof for attachment but nothing in the beam underneath. There are plastic pieces that go on the roof panels that fit in a slot. They fell off easily, so I used some hot glue to hold them on.

Overall the gazebo looks nice. Took a while to put it together as the holes did not line up. My main complaint is that there were quite a few pieces that were dented. 2 of them were the legs. The instructions could have been a little better. Notations where needed. The pieces were packed up good so I am not sure how they would have gotten dented. The one roof corner was broken. For the price I was expecting better.
