Samuelsson Solid Wood Standard Bed

We love the look of this bed - modern yet traditional style and very sturdy. As noted by others, the color is not a 'parchment' like color. It looks more like a khaki. It also arrived a little banged up with a couple chips and scratches. I didn't have time or energy to return it, so I painted it a light greige color to get what we needed. I would have given it 5 stars except that we had to add the painting. It was worth the effort because it is now exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful! Love it! My pics are just taken after white glove delivery. It only took them 30 minutes to carry in and assemble.Good quality bed and nice color. I bought the parchment white color and it is more of a cross between tan and grayish taupe color. The metal decorative inserts are a rustic bronze color. I would recommend.

Awful experience!!! After waiting a couple weeks for the footboard to be delivered, the color does not match the headboard and side rails. This whole purchase of the Roundhill bedroom set has been a nightmare. The nightstand was delivered with a broken drawer and waited a couple weeks for the replacement. Bed could not be set up until the footboard was delivered and now it doesnt match!!! I only hope Wayfair can correct this bad experience.

Quite pretty. Sturdy and stable once assembled. Assembly is a bit of work, and will go better with two people. Boxes arrived in good condition. There are some cosmetic flaws, not all can be blamed on shipping (see photos). It will accommodate a freestanding adjustable foundation and mattress. Be aware the backside of all pieces is roughly finished and painted, so avoid any scenario where they would be visible.

Beautiful bed. Had to make a minor adjustment for one of feet for the footboard (lining of the holes were off) but my husband fixed it. We love it. Works well with our adjustable bed and perfectly matches our other bedroom furniture. I was a little scared that it would have some scratches or broken pieces but it did not. It's is perfect!

This bed is absolutely perfect. Even better than anticipated. It had one tiny flaw which was easily corrected. The color was exactly what I was hoping for and assembly was a piece of cake but definitely needs 2 people. Very heavy and sturdy piece of furniture. Just beautiful and we could not be happier!

Very good project and I’m highly satisfied

My footboard the left side rail were both damaged when unloaded. The young guy that was putting the bed together put the side rails in up side down. They need to take pieces out of the box, outside before they bring each piece in, instead of making a mess taking them out of the box. To me that is not “White Glove Service”
