Assembly was an absolute breeze, as the cabinet is partially assembled and expandable. Unfortunately, while I love the look of these cabinets, they are just not packed well and every one of them (I bought 8) has some level of damage. Mostly in the corners as there is no protection in the packaging. If Montezuma can figure out how to pack these better, they'll have a great product. Special note: Wayfair was stellar in figuring out an acceptable solution!!
