Scriven 5 Tier Accent Shelf

I purchased this as an open box item knowing there could be some damage. One of two main supports had a 4 inch break in it, causing the board to be completely warped. The person I chatted with at Wayfair had me send a picture of the damage and refunded my money. I didn't have to send the shelving back so I may be able to salvage some of it. As a frequent customer I appreciated the excellent service. However, I feel the shelf should not have even been offered as an open box deal. It was way too damaged.

It is the perfect piece for my spot. I miss read the dimensions so had to cut two shelves BUT it still looks great. Getting it hung on the other hand was almost impossible. Every time we lifted it the shelves would slide. Needs a redesign on the way it goes together.

I bought this during a remodel. I thought it was perfect for the look I was going for. It was on sale so I bought it immediately. It came quickly but I just opened the box and not one but TWO pieces are broken, one cracked, the other completely broken in half. I think they need to pack it better and maybe label the box FRAGILE. If they refund me I will increase my stars.

Shelf is large and can hold lots of items. Kinda awkward when trying to hang and definitely needs 2 people. Overall look of the shelf is nice.

Wasnt easy to put together at all

Much larger and heavier than I thought it would be. Would have fit perfectly on the wall, but the way the shelves connect to the main, they would move when trying to hang, and would cause it to not sit flat with the wall. Every time I tried to correct it would get out of alignment. Never could get even, and then fell and broke. If the shelves connected from the front instead of the back, could have hung the main stems without a problem and then connected the shelves which would have been much easier. Nice product, but should not be so difficult to hang.

wall mounts did not work very well. had to purchase different ones. product came with one of the wood pieces cracked
