Kynsley Distressed Wood Fireplace Mantel Shelf with Corbels

I did sand and change the color but overall it was a very sturdy shelf. I would buy again.

I’m really happy I went with this mantel shelf in the ash walnut color. We recently remodeled and I wanted something simple but not completely square. The corbels and waveddistressed shape accomplished that and color is just as pictured.

This mantle was exactly as described. It was packaged well for shipped and I believe was a good value.

Construction of the mantle was extremely well made. My only qualm with the item is the unfinished mantle didn’t specify the species of Pine (it’s Douglas fir) so when I stained it the grain had SOOO much contrast. Fair warning for anyone buying the unfinished one.

Easy to attach to wall and very nice color and distressed detail. Very happy with my purchase.

We got the dark wood and it is perfect.

Easy to install, looks great in our place. The mounting screws etc could be a little sturdier, but with a few added wood screws it holds on snug to the wall. Love it so far!
