I was genuinely impressed with the packaging. Each piece was individually wrapped and had a metal frame inside the box to prevent damage. Unfortunately it quickly went down hill from there. I received zero instructions so an estimated 20 minute assembly turned into 2 hours. Each of the pieces are held in with just self-tappets while majority of the holes do not line up. Make sure you have a drill/bits because I cant imagine using the provided screw driver to drive the screws into place. I wouldn't trust this to keep my firearms safe at all. The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. Since the damage did not affect the function of the safe (cosmetic) and was not visible where I placed it I decided to keep it as Wayfair offered me a discount.
