Just got my hot tub works very well easy to set up yourself, absolutely love it.

Stay away from this purchase!!! Arguably the worst purchase, and more importantly, worst customer service experience I've had with any purchase. Opened a ticket on Saturday and have had to call a half dozen times and still no update or call and now it looks like I have no options for refund or replacement. Opened the ticket just two hours after arrival when I identified: - power problem - no power, followed all the steps outlined in the guide - 3 days later realized that the power (black cable was not spliced but was installed) - quality issues - absolutely zero in the way of insulation which is shocking for a tub manufactured in Pennsylvania. 3/4 inch Styrofoam on the panels what you would find with most cost do it yourself tables/chairs sets - used for protection rather than insulation. No spray foam around the tub at all. If this tub is to be used any area the dips to zero or less, good luck as it will cost you a fortune. - missing bolt for the arguably the most important part, the control panel/heater. wiggles around - zero in the way of structural support - Filled the tub Monday December 9th in hopes they were going to help me fix this or send someone and found Tuesday AM that the tub is hemorrhaging water from the filter canister/seal - absolutely no way to fix that and is HUGE electrical and safety concern when you have electrical components inches away, let alone a waste of water waste - toping up. There is absolutely no way to tighten or replace. I can only imagine leaving this tub for days and only a few feet from the house and the water draining out and the heater overheating to the point of a fire. I really wish I could upload videos as photos only tell a part of the story. So very disappointed. My daughter was coming back from University and I was hoping we could have the tub for the Christmas holidays. Now i have a non-functioning, electrical hazard full of water and no one from the team making this right. I guess I will need to continue to escalate and maybe take civil action.

This hot tub was easy to set up, it works great. It has lots of room for everyone to enjoy. We are very pleased with our purchase.
