HORRIBLE: You promised a specific date for assembly and delivery - both wrong. Then you sent a 2nd cubbie uninstalled which i had to tell you that you sent a 2nd one and then you moved the dates on the assembly and delivery. really? This is how you do business. good luck!

Easy to assemble. You will not fit 18 PAIRS of shoes (side by side) in this, unless strictly used for the tiny feet of children. Cubby space is only 7" wide.
