This must of been built on a Friday. Holes that we’re supposed to be open were welded up. I had to take it to a shop and get the cross braces welded on because of the welded holes and it was short four bolts. It had the nuts just no bolts

This is a great product. I’m using it as a counter for my grills. It works perfectly!

So far not so good. The box arrived with only a few small exterior issues. While unpacking I noticed several small loose screws which was not a good sign. The three drawers are supposed to be installed into brackets that are mounted to the underside of the top. Two of mine were totally ripped off. There is even damage in the wood where the screws used to be holding the brackets. The third drawer is hanging on by a few screws but it is not adequately installed either. There is also a significant crack in the top near one of the corners. Wayfair resolution is to send a replacement part so I hope they understand it is basically the whole unit! It is very heavy but it seems the packaging isn’t enough for the weight and the tiny screws they used to install the drawer brackets.

Product arrived when anticipated on adequate shipping schedule and on time. The bench is of better quality than i expected, and is a great decorative and function piece in our kitchen!

I originally saw this in a restaurant supply store, it was used as a side table with storage for flatware, linens and serving pieces. That is how I am using it in my outdoor kitchen. I love it!

Put this work bench in my kitchen, it sure stands out, looks great...

Item was HORRIBLY packaged. ALL of the hardware, 126 pieces, were completely strewn throughout the box. What's better than that, there was a hole in the box, so as you can imagine, I was missing more than a dozen bolts, washers, and nuts. I get it, boxes get damaged...but they can't put hardware in a secure bag or bag it up AND put it in a small box. For the price of this thing, they can do better!!!!!

These were delivered in October but the our remodel got delayed so we kept them sitting in their boxes, unopened. This weekend we assembled them and were in for a big surprise. The first assembled with minor difficulties (as others have reported paint clogging holes, minor misalignment issues.) The second was a whole different beast parts labeled wrong, major misalignment issues, one of the drawers the rivets of the glide rails broken, screws only put in half way or ripped out, a totally different finish of the wood , and, finally, about 12” taller. The second assembly was truly a pain and required buying a riveting tool kit to fix the drawer. Now, both assembled, look fine- but just very different. Plus, I can’t use them as intended because of the height difference. I was planning to get a third and maybe the smaller chest, to set the up in a U- shaped formation, but I am so angry and feel stuck, I don’t know if I want to continue with them at all.
