Super simple to set up. Heat/air pumps are super quiet relative to others. The app is EXTREMELY convenient t and east to use. No regrets. Would buy again. Twice over.

I’ve really enjoyed this hot tub! I’ve been reading about different inflatable hot tubs and kept seeing great things about it. I’m so pleased with it! The bubbles are heavenly, and I love floating it in too. Just right for me!

Best thing I ever bought. Directions were horrible but I watched a fantastic YouTube video and set up after that was a breeze. Gets up to 104 degrees with cover on and it’s very relaxing. Best thing I bought myself in a long time. This is worth every penny.

Best purchase! Not only was shipping so quick that we got this in time for our heatwave, but this is truly a quality item. I love that we have the option to heat it up or to keep it cool, it is very sturdy and access to the app allows us to plan ahead without having to go outside to get everything ready. I have already recommended this to all of my friends. Don’t wait, buy it. Set up was easy, we had it inflated and filled up within less than two hours. Can’t wait to see you the next morning we immediately started to heat up the water and had it at a comfortable temperature within about five hours. It’s perfect

The instructions are not easily understood. I had to call customer service and they too had issues walking me through the instructions. After hours my brother figured it out. Not as sturdy as I would have liked. The WiFi setting did not work and I was not able to control the pump through my phone as guaranteed.

Do not buy this product with the protection plan thinking it will cover anything at all. This product’s heaterpump broke on me and the initial offer to rectify the problem was my being sent parts to take the unit apart and do the repairs myself. When I said, “I’m a therapist, not a mechanic” and did not feel qualified to work on an electrical device that runs a tub of water I use form myself and my children they said they would locate a technician to come do the repair but in the end stated they did not have one in my area. I live in Seattle, not a city short of resources. Of course every new piece of communication came with a 3 to 5 business day wait. Wayfair will not replace the product so I am taking a 700 loss. If you buy this expect ZERO help if it breaks. I have loved Wayfair for years and given the company a lot of business but I will no longer be making future purchases. The “protection plan” is a lie and misleading. Save your money and prepare to replace items out of pocket!
