OVERALL, I am pleased with this purchase. POINTS FOR: 1) Assembly was remarkably smooth. It took about 1 hour, and the instructions were clear. 2) Pads are 'inflated' in a few hours after they were taken out of the package. 3) The packaging for the couch was disarming, but effective. It comes in a small box, and when we received it, we thought we had been sent the wrong item. In truth, it was an efficient way to ship it, and we got it easily into our home. Kudos for that. 4) The fabric is a microfiber, which is easy to clean and very soft. 5) My dogs like it. POINTS AGAINST: 1) The dark gray color is actually a dark, blueish-green color, which was very, very disappointing. 2) The pad deflated, but they are very firm. The back cushions are thin. 3) The pillow for the ottoman portion does not actually fit on the ottoman. 4) The sofa is very lightweight, so if you sit down on it quickly, it sometimes moves with you. Again, overall, I am pleased with the purchase, with the exception of the color. And the dogs like it.

This truly was the worst couch I’ve ever seen. I’ve had great luck with all my Wayfair purchases, but this was not good. It looks 20 years old and more so, like it was in a frat house. The seat cushions, NEVER got up to the advertised width 5.9”… the cushion that topped the ottoman was larger than the ottoman itself. And the right side of the couch sunk lower than the left. We managed to get it all back into the box, and I went to a local store and got my couch. On the bright side, I’ve been dealing with some delightful people customer service. They seem to genuinely care about helping me get this returned.

I wanted a small inexpensive couch to fill space in my loft area. This is primarily my office, but there is a lot of extra space outside of my desk. This sofa perfectly fits the bill. Its pretty comfy for the price and it looks really nice!

I love the sofa, it's soft, durable, comfortable and what I expected. Caution when sitting back too swiftly on it, as the back of sofa will tilt back if too much weight or force is out on it. Also, if you're a pet owner, covering fabric is ideal to keep fur out of fabric
