Wayfair customer service is incredible! Ordered this for a minibar I was building. Upon installation, first time plugging into power outlet, compressor made a clicking sound like it had a bad bearing. Power cycled a couple times, no change. Called Wayfair customer service and without making me re-troubleshoot, told me a new one was on the way and FedEx would be back 2 days after the replacement was delivered to pick up the bad one. Nice little frig for all practical purposes. However the description is a little different from what the directions manual states. For example description says it can be slid under a counter top. Yet the directions say to leave 4 inches behind the unit for air flow. So it’s seems the unit would stick out from a typical counter depth. The instruction manual also talks about the need to defrost which was unexpected. We are keeping it anyway as will use to store a few waters and drinks in another room outside the kitchen. We really appreciate the lack of handles sticking out and the refrigerators sleek finish. You do have to be careful not to open both drawers at the same time, or the whole unit will fall forward. So far so good. Some things right out of the box: 1. Make sure you have a hot outlet to plug it into. I replaced a dishwasher with this and needed to install a new outlet to run it. 2. I wish the shelf racks had a lip on the side. When you load it full of drinks, they can fall off the side of the shelf when you pull it out. 3. I really like the look of it. It was a perfect fit and match to my other appliances. 4. It’s got a low hum. Not noisy, but you can definitely hear it. 5. I wish the door had a little more suction when closing. This is a really nice quality beverage fridge. It’s bigger than I thought, and that’s not a bad thing, the bigger the more drinks it can fit. It looks really nice too and cools the drinks really well. I love that I can actually see the inside of the fridge because it makes it easier to manage restocking of drinks.
