The area rug I ordered was exactly what we wanted and was true-to-color on the web site. Awesome purchase and a very quick delivery! Unfortunately after unwrapping the rug we discovered that it has a strong mildew odor, so it is being returned for a replacement.

This rug is gorgeous, and is very high quality. It was a bargain for the price. We like it so much we are considering getting another one for a different room.

I am missing part of my order. I ordered 2 Salerna hand tufted wool geometric rugs by Ophelia and Co. Only 1 arrived, and I cant get to a web page to get any results. I can not find any customer service page or any way to contact them. The 3 rugs I got in addition to the 1 lost are polypropylene, and they have rolls and wrinkles that wont come out. I tried ironing them with some results, but round one is still lumpy, bumpy, and wobbly. Wayfair wanted 80 to send back 3 rugs that only cost 135 for all 3. RIDICULOUS! Very unhappy with lack of customer service and quality of the 3 polypropylene rugs. The rug I like and ordered 2 of, I only received the one. ( see photo of only 1 large rug delivered and of rug itself). Do not buy Wayfair!

We have had this rug for 5 years now and it still sheds despite weekly vacuuming. It also is not a soft rug to cozy up on (kinda bristly and hard). I would not purchase again. Design is very nice though.
