Chagoya Mid-Century Modern Swivel Counter or Bar Height Bar Stool in Faux leather and Wood Finish

Absolutely horrible. My barstools had water damage to the leather, and instead of replacing them or refunding them, Wayfair states "We would cover the return shipping fee for the units, however, no shipping materials can be provided and we do not reimburse for costs associated with sourcing boxes for return." UNBELIEVABLE!! Or they off a 50% discount to keep them. What is Wayfair, a thrift store? This place is a JOKE. It would cost me more toship them back than it did to purchase these chairs. I have no alternative but to accept the discount offer of 50% and deal with damaged goods... I will never shop here again, nor will I recommend Wayfair to anyone I know, in fact just the opposite. Even the manufacturer (Armen Living) said Wayfair should provide a refund

These are great bar stools, and live up to my expectations. They arrived in good condition. The wood color is a nice walnut, styling in line with mid century modern. I really wanted black material but the dark brown was the only option. That being said, you can't really tell that it's brown unless you're really looking. The swivel on the chair is not too fast, which helps prevent slamming into the counter and nicking the wood, which is bound to happen. The width of the seat is comfortable for those with a larger backside. The back rest is a good height. But I'm short, 5'2", so... I can touch the footrest with my toes - no super comfort there, but most people are taller than me. They were a snap to put together. Put the seat upside down on a box or something a couple feet off the ground. That keeps the seat stable enough to screw in the legs. Overall, love these bar stools. I want more. Get them :)

We bought these chairs a few months back and the wood is chipping away every time it gets in contact with our counter top. Not even a hard hit. The design is great and great quality on the leather but the wood back is disappointing and these chairs aren’t cheap.

Comfortable wide seat. Solid, doesn’t rock and swivels well. Wood finish scuffs, scratches easily. Otherwise love the look.

These chairs are beautiful. They were not difficult to put together and are very sturdy. Whoever purchases the chairs, just keep the tools in case you have to do a little tightening later, but that is not a problem. I recommend buying. I’m so happy that I did.

A friend had these exact stools and I loved them. When we redid our kitchen I wanted them as well. They are very high quality and look great.
