Carpet edges are not finished. I had to glue pieces of yarn on carpet edges. The backing seems to be comi g through the front of the carpet as white stiff plastic lile strands. Colors are nice, but for the price, Terrible Quality!

This rug is stunning. I get lots of “Ooohs” and “Ahhhs” when I have guests. The quality is excellent but if you have pets, get a vacuum specifically for pet hair because this rug loves to hold onto the fur. Despite that, it’s still worth it!
