Nice fireplace, realistic looking. But fan is not very strong, so the hot air does not go very far into the room. Plus, the photos showed both logs and glass media, so I thought the fireplace had both. But the one I get only had logs. So I called and was told that the unit either has logs or glass media, but not both. However, when I ordered the fireplace, I was not given the option of logs or glass media. So I feel kind of deceived by that.

This is a great electric fireplace. Installed it in our master bedroom and cutout measurements were spot on. This was a nice added feature to our bedroom.

Very happy with the realistic flame. Easy to operate and easy to install.
