Marilyn Solid Wood Bench

This bench is absolutely gorgeous. It is so well made and very sturdy. The legs were very easy to attach. It is very heavy. The finish is so beautiful I didn't want to use it as a bench outside because I don't want the wood to get weathered. We are actually using it as a coffee table on the patio as it is a perfect height for either a bench or table. I would highly recommend this table (bench) for anyone who wants to make a statement.

High quality bench that unfortunately came with a little damage to it however, Wayfair made good on their promise to make it right with no questions asked. The bench has a beautiful light oak color with lovely live edges and a smooth clear coat wood sealant to protect this solid wood piece for years to come. It has a nice sturdy weight to it so the bench doesn’t shift around while seated on it. It looks just like the photos on the website and I would recommend this bench to anyone.

I ordered this Marilyn Solid Wood Bench last month. The package arrived on time and it was well packed. It has everything in one package and so easy to put it together. It’s solid wood which I really liked. It just looks as same as the picture online. Would highly recommend this bench.

First of all, this is a solid, heavy chunk of wood. It comes with easily installed steel legs making it extremely sturdy. As you can see in the picture, there were cracks from the drying process that should have been filled with epoxy. That’s why I give it 45 stars.

Nice bench. Nice smoothe finish on it. Natural sides but not extreme and sharp. The legs are heavy metal, and you could sit 2-3 people if used for a dining table. I am using it as a bench for now but will use it as a dining bench as our family expands. It is heavy! Sturdy. Nice supltle wood color variations. It is a heavy box. Took 20 minutes to put together. Delivered on time and securely packaged. This will be a piece of furniture that wont go out of style and be passed down for years! Get it!

The Marilyn solid wood bench by Foundry Select is an excellent addition to our home. The bench is very heavy and well made. The legs are heavy wrought iron. The seat of the bench is an outstanding piece of finished wood with all of its splendor.

This solid rugged bench is a very thick and sturdy, heavy duty piece. It is multifunctional and could be used at a dining table to seat several people, as an entry way bench, at the end of a bed, or in front of a window as a window seat. It could also be used out in a covered porch or patio.

One of the loveliest pieces of furniture I've purchased! So sturdy, heavy and solid. I've gotten so many compliments on it. And the way the legs are oriented, you can sit on the end without a concern it would tip like a see-saw. Highly recommend!
