Instructions were clear. It was what I was looking for and at a good price. Seems sturdy once assembled. Like anything this scale assembly takes time. Reason for 45 stars. Scratch on post. Not worth returning, but definitely noticeable. The little plastic tabs that hold the slats in place are hard to get in. Color is more cream than white. I absolutely love this Bed. My daughter sleeps sooo good and she feels soo comfortable. We got her a memory foam mattress and you can get her out. Ive sat on the bed and OMG 10 out of 10!! This arrived quickly. Instructions were easy to follow. Says two people to assemble, would have been faster with two, but I did it alone with some well positioned leaning supports to add bottom rails to sides. Overall very happy with quality, solid and looks great! Trundle rolls easily. I purchased two 8” Wayfair mattresses to complete the project. Ready for visitors now! Recommend this set up!!. I ordered the full sized bed with trundle bed for my grandchildren. This bed was not as easy to put together as I thought it would be. It is definitely a 2-person job for parts of it, mostly to be sure you are both interpreting the instructions correctly. The instructions are like one of those optical illusions that change with your focus and everything could be a different direction. All instructions should be like Lego instructions that have the new parts highlighted and the parts that are already put together darkened. The slats that hold the bed are not fastened down so if you are stepping through them without the mattress on, they will just come off. If you take the mattress off at an angle, the slats will come off. That is irritating, but they do seem to stay in place once a mattress is flat on it. The mattress needs to be at least 12 inches high if you don’t want a gap between the mattress and the bottom of the wood back so you don’t drop things behind the bed. The plug works great, but, in my opinion, should be on one side or the other. Probably the side with the shelving. The wood barn-like boards are DEFINITELY NOT white. They are an off-white to beige. The metal pieces are pure white. I was hoping for white, but I’m getting used to the color now. It is sturdy when put together, but again, be careful with the instructions. Change your focus and you will put things on backwards. I still have a small twin mattress on the bed as I wait for the full sized mattress to arrive. The drawers are made of canvas with flat bottoms inserted. The shelves are very sturdy. They are not adjustable. The led lights work really well, but if you are lying on the mattress, they shine right in your eyes.. Grandmaakim. UT. Sun Aug 16 2026
