The rug itself was fine, but didn't match my space. My frustration was with the language of the refund policy. It is worded such that it the buyer believes that the shipping costs to you will not be refunded if you decide to return the item. However, even if shipping to you is free, the return shipping is very expensive and that cost comes as an unpleasant surprise. Shipping costs (to and for returns) should be clear, upfront, and known BEFORE purchasing. This is a tricky sales technique.
