Palram - Canopia Vitoria 9.5' W x 16.5' D Canopy

I purchased this canopy to use as a patio cover. I had previously purchased one and wanted more shade from the San Diego sun. The quality is good and the price too. It delivers very good shade and the plexiglass panels are ash to keep clean with just soap and water and a soft brush. For safety it is better to anchor it to the ground.

I don't like the fact that I get no <3 advertisements per day on my email first. Stop sending or block.

I think I will like it. Still not installed. Was not "backyard delivered" as ordered, was dumped off a truck and therefore damaged, even though clearly marked Fragile, Team delivery, including pics of people on either side hand removing it from a truck. Resulted in witing for replacement parts. There was very poor communication between Wayfair and install guys, resulting in install guys showing up several times prior to original delivery. There were several issues between Handy, your provided install company and their contracted installer. I feel Dustin, Contracted installer for Handy, was treated very poorly by Handy. He was extremely professional, very competent. I feel he was absolutely screwed over!!! As a result, I still do not have my paid for installation and now it is approximately 5 degrees today with a predicted wind chill of minus 30. Now my install has been put off another week after numerous delays, rescheduling. This is truly poor business, customer service. I am hoping the product is not as disappointing as my experience thus far. My Wayfair customer service person I spoke with yesterday (name begins with an S), was very thorough, competent, helpful.

Easy to set up and very attractive. Perfect size for my small SUV. Love it!

Looks great,not hard to assamble

Well made and fairly easy to assemble. I had help with the legs but did the rest myself. About 6-7 hours It is attractive and appears durable.

well engineered for the most part , good looking ,it was more difficult then I thought to assemble mostly the 16 holes into my concrete we had to drill , we went thru 6 different masonry bits and a lot of sweat it seems like overkill as the bolts are long if a hurricane comes along those legs aren't going anywhere the rest of it might but the legs are not , also you DO need 2 people for most of it, overall I would say a good product , fair price .

Pleased with the quality. My wife and I put it together. Looks much better than the average steel carport.

Was reasonably easy to assemble with two people. Looks great and is very sturdy.

I downloaded the instructions ahead of time and poured the footings for the columns a couple of weeks before the cover arrived. The cover was delivered right on my front porch on schedule. No one called ahead of time like they promised, but it was OK as it was sitting right on my front porch when I got home. The instructions were a breeze to follow (of course I studied them ahead of time) and I did 90% of the assembly by my self. Actually the only thing I needed help with was to move the assembled structure into it's final position and to do the final plumbing and leveling. But I'm 6'2" with lots of ingenuity. Total assembly time took less than a day. Pros: Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Provides shade while allowing light through. Cons: There were a couple of bent metal channels ... probably from shipping, but they were simple enough to bend back into place.
