Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. This rug was not rolled flat when it was packaged. This caused creases in the rug. This is a problem because the rug is surface printed. The creases look like white lines running randomly through the design. After what I went through to get this rug (FEDEx delivered to the wrong address, it said so in the tracking, and Wayfair still made me wait an extra four days to “see if it turns up” before sending a replacement. This meant the rug arrived well after my dinner party, for which I ordered the rug to arrive in plenty of time) it’s a huge disappointment for it to be this bad.

This rug feels and looks cheap. Its more like an outdoor carpet. There is absolutely no pile it.

I was disappointed when this arrived and ended up returning it. The colors are vibrant, but the color seems to be sprayed on top of white rug fibers. As a result, if you shift the fibers by running your hand over the rug, the white comes through. It’ll show every step, and I was concerned about how it might look after vacuuming, too.

I may have got a used one as it looks better in the photos on the Wayfair site. The item came folded and it damaged areas of the fabric where it was creased. I was offered a replacement but have house guests coming so needed to stick with what I had. It’s a shame this couldn’t be better quality as I love the colors in it. Thanks guess now I know why it’s so discounted. UPDATE it’s been 6 weeks and the crease this came with still hasn’t gone away.
