[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I just bought a smoker and still figuring it out but with the warm weather days my husband put 2 racks ribs with hickory pellets and boy what a great smoked hickory taste. No smoker no problem, use your bbq grill with a aluminum foil ball with the pellets and the hickory taste is great but smoker works much better. Keep the bag off the ground, you don’t want the pellets getting wet or damp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried this so far with pork, pizza, steaks and chicken. Works well. Not too strong of a cherry flavor, with black cherry as a described of the flavor I was expecting intense cherry flavor, but it is pretty light, which is better for me.

It burned evenly and made outdoor cooking easy for me. I only had to use a small amount, so this big bag should last me awhile. I'm very happy with the product.
