Customers praise the product for its sturdiness and high quality, noting its restaurant-grade construction. The appearance is also frequently highlighted as attractive and professional, complementing various spaces. Installation is generally described as simple and easy, though some found the protective film difficult to remove. Durability is a strong point, with users expecting long-term use. One reviewer mentioned receiving a bent shelf, but this was an isolated issue.
