fyi you have to provide your own hardware for attaching the overshelf and there are no pre-drilled holes in the table, so you either need a drill that's capable of drilling through metal or someone to install it for you. not the end of the world, but I wish I'd known ahead of time. overall I'm happy with the table and would buy it again– it's sturdy, looks good, and provides a lot of extra prep space that we really needed in our small apartment kitchen. it did arrive with some cosmetic damage (small scrapes and dings, mostly at the corners/edges) that was minor enough to ignore but still kind of annoying for the price.. Haven't quite had a chance to install this but the shipping was less than desirable. The faces of the stainless did have a protective film that prevented scratches but it had some dents and bends. Luckily I think everything still lines up correctly -- if you care about dents I would maybe go with something else. I don't since I'm going to be putting metal pots and pans on it anyways.. Owen.
