Spectator Chair

Color: Black Chairs arrived free of damage due to excellent packaging and shipping. All components and fasteners were present. Assembly was easy as parts were labeled and a schematic and directions were included. I would recommend leaving all connectors very loose until all parts are joined, then tighten the bolts incrementally. This will avoid having to force the last of the pieces into place. These chairs are rated for 350 lbs. but I don't believe they are stout enough to hold up for regular use at those weights. They should be fine for home use but likely would not hold up for commercial use. Ensure that your users do not use the footrest for a step. Overall, a good value and should meet their purpose absent abuse.

I ordered this chair through Wayfair and it arrived damaged. After submitting a request, Wayfair instructed me to “reach out to the manufacturer” which was listed as “Escalade Sports”. I reached out to them with an email got nowhere so I called them directly. After a backforth, I sent them photos of the damaged product and they “opened a ticket” … this “ticket” stayed open for over a week and then I called to check the status, Escalade Sports told me that the product is made by a differentrelated company so they transferred me as they couldn’t help me. I was transferred to a voicemail of a company by the name of “Brunswick Billiards” where I left a message. After about 2 weeks of this, I called Wayfair and they made it right! They apologized for the inconvenience, issued me a refund, and stated that they’d look into the contract with this manufacturer because this experience is not what they intend to promote.

Missing dowel for assembly but otherwise good quality

Enamel is not of high quality and I believed it was to be a stained wood- which it was not. Hardware missing was a HUGE disappointment and too much of a headache to send back. I would not rebuy these chairs if I were to know the quality prior

Amazing chair

Wonderful pool room addition.

We ordered 2 chairs, 1 is great but the height of the arm rest is off - my husband & myself can't use without leaning. 1 arrived damaged. Wayfair directed us to the manufacturer. Emailed them 24 hours ago, will update once I hear from them.
