Jakora Velvet Swivel Barrel Chair

The chairs came in marked, and back slipcover would not fit properly. Contacted wayfair for a return and refund. I was asked to pay for the shipping cost to return the chairs That were received defective. A week later no refund, no contact from wayfair and chairs are packed and ready to go back. Unfortunately wayfair still has my money so I can’t buy replacement chairs that I require. Terrible system and awful service.

Item way to small for what I paid I ordered the same size from Temu for 163 the exact same chair.
