There were numerous scratches and some parts of the wood was cracked. Extremely disappointed with the quality and returned the item. This is the second item that I have received from Wayfair that was damaged. You need to inspect your items better.

Beautiful, but the sofa arrived with some damage. It looks like it came from shipping however.

Unfortunately the box arrived damaged and the wooden frame was cracked. The box was taped together in makeshift fashion. Although I don’t think the box should have been left on my doorstep in such a damaged manner I am trying to keep an open mind because a new one is being shipped. I will update my review based on the second delivery.

This is an exceptionally well made piece of furniture. Sturdy and solid with comfortable yet durable cushions. I’ve had it since mid-November 2022. It takes a leap of faith to order something this large and costly but I have absolutely no regrets. It’s even better than the photos. The back of the loveseat is finished just like the front and sides. It’s a comfortable piece in which to sit, especially for those with shorter legs like me. I find most sofas are too deep for me to rest my feet on the floor comfortably but this loveseat is perfect. Only downside was the long wait for delivery. While it was supposedly in stock it took almost four months to arrive.
