It’s a lovely mirror but unfortunately, when it came, it was broken. Your customer service was great. They shipped me another one unfortunately it was broken. I did not buy a third one, but I would suggest packaging them better.

We received our bathroom mirror and it's perfect, just what I was looking for.

Looks great but there is this tiny flaw in the metal and I didn't have the energy to return it or report it. So I will live with it. I love the look. Tip: The contractor put clear silicon glue at the bottom back to hold it in place, or else it will move when you are cleaning it with window cleaner and a rag.

Exactly as pictured. Easy to hang and works well above the 5 drawer chest I paired it with in a small space.
