Just put it together and overall it seems great. Had a couple of defect but nothing that was too crazy. Shipping experience was great. Instruction manual could be better to help with easier installation.

I hired people to set this up and there were 4 parts missing so they were unable to complete it. I went to the company to replace the parts. We will see what happens.

Have not had a chance to assemble it yet, but the delivery was fast. The price was great and the materials seem to be very good.

Amazing addition to the backyard!

Looks great when finished. But many items arrived damaged. A fewWood posts and roof frames and panels were scrapped or chipped when taken out of the box. To itemize the items for replacements would have taken too long as we bought the product to be put together right away.

Comes in 5 heavy boxes. Fed Ex will most likely damage several boxes. One box was so damaged to couldn't deliver it. After a bit of a hassle Wayfair resent all the boxes. The Quality is Okay. Cuts on the wood were poor. One was so for off it that It would have had to be recut and drilled. Good thing I had extra boxes so I could swap out that part. Metal had dent's and scraps (from shipping. The instruction are horrible. Take your time and read ahead, lay out and have parts ready. Pay close attention to pictures. All in all it was not a horrible project and not to difficult to assemble.

Beautiful and fits our space perfectly. It took my husband and I 10 hours to put together.

It was surprising simple to put up and looks amazing! Exactly what we wanted.
