Came in one box in 2 weeks. Will update later with pictures *** this is officially the update. It took us about 3 hours to put together because we could not find the instructions. We called Wayfair and they did not have it on hand and had to request it from the manufacturer which took about 12 hours to get it. By then we had figured it out. It was complicated without the instructions however we were able to figure it out. We didn't notice until breaking down the box that the instructions was folded in a very tiny section in the box lid. That's why we weren't able to find it. I wish it was located with the hardware and not replacing such a weird location. It took one star away from it. It took one star away from it also because the wood planks that hold up the mattress velcro was twisted. And the head piece of the wood planks somehow is shorter than the rest and therefore it may break later on unless we added extra piece of wood to make sure that it's fortified. We we had to cut the velcro in order for the planks to lay down flat towards the foot of the bed. The bed is very cute and comfortable satisfied but still a little iffy about the wooden planks. We plan to buy wood and either replace them or add them just for extra support.

Love this bed! It’s beautiful. You do not need a box spring. We got one and it makes the bed too tall so you can’t see its beauty! Also, some of the screws didn’t fit. We had to get 6 from the local hardware store to replace them. Other than that easy to put together!
