I don't usually write reviews but I was SO impressed with this product. It is clearly very well made and very comfortable. Even nicer looking in person. I did a lot of research before making this purchase but I'm so glad I went with this.

Great quality, attractive piece. I wasn’t sure what fabric it would be, it’s like a corduroy.

This is a great color and is just great for guests! Love it! I haven’t slept on it but my son (who is picky) said it’s very comfortable.

The white glove delivery service and setup process was awesome and a must have!! All we had to do was order and simply enjoy this firm but comfortable love seat. We have not used the sleeper sofa yet but you cannot go wrong with making this purchase.

This is a very nice piece. I ordered the light grey and is exactly as pictured. The corduroy lines are in a ‘thin’ style which I love is soft and velvety ! Yes a bit firm but still comfortable . ( not sure why it is callled a “ square “ arm sofa bed — clearly a curved arm ) It opens to a bed very easily!

Excellent initial quality out of the box. Fabric is a very narrow corduroy and feels of good quality. Fabric color is true to the picture (seafoam green). Very firm seat cushion gives confidence that there won't be sagging. The pullout portion feels sturdy when raised and is very easy to store.

Much more comfortable than I thought! While its firm, its not too firm where its uncomfortable - perfect fit! Material is great quality also!

Like the look. Don’t like the gap you feel when you pull out the couch to sleep. It probably would be fine with a mattress topper
