My daughter loves this. She is only 6 1/2, less than the age on the box, but she is really smart, and her dad sits with her and does this. We don't let her play with it alone. As many have said, and I wish I noticed before purchasing, these are awful in a classroom setting. Not until I opened the first (of many) boxes that I read the instructions to notice that it says you can not use more than 4 at a time. Honestly, anything more than one at time creates issues. I was trying to use this in Kindergarten and Grade 1 as an excellent introduction to simple coding using the cards and the remote to match but it became a headache of lost connections, ridiculous 4 input codes to tie a remote to a bot which can easily get messed up with multiple bots, and lots of disappointed kids. Now I have multiple of these robots and can not use them as intended. Waste of money, time, and I have to answer for why they do not work to my admin and staff.. Disappointed Stem Teacher.
