We bought this for my 4 year old for his birthday with the intention that he will grow and develop into the toy. As many have said, and I wish I noticed before purchasing, these are awful in a classroom setting. Not until I opened the first (of many) boxes that I read the instructions to notice that it says you can not use more than 4 at a time. Honestly, anything more than one at time creates issues. I was trying to use this in Kindergarten and Grade 1 as an excellent introduction to simple coding using the cards and the remote to match but it became a headache of lost connections, ridiculous 4 input codes to tie a remote to a bot which can easily get messed up with multiple bots, and lots of disappointed kids. Now I have multiple of these robots and can not use them as intended. Waste of money, time, and I have to answer for why they do not work to my admin and staff.. Disappointed Stem Teacher.
