I am using it for exercises because I cannot get down to and up from the floor. I am a small person and I am just doing leg raises, quad sets, etc., nothing that puts a lot of stress on the table. Amazingly good table for the price. It would have been 5 stars if the bolt heads were set flush with the surface. Using the table as a craft/ sewing work surface, the spot where the bolts are located can be a problem if you're marking out items to cut or pattern.
