This hand-braided area rug introduces a relaxed, coastal-inspired foundation to your living room or entryway. It's crafted from natural jute and sisal fibers, providing a distinct texture that feels grounded and tactile underfoot. The reversible design allows for even wear over time, while the geometric weave adds subtle depth to your floors. This indoor area rug provides plenty of padding underfoot while filling any room with a mix of modern and rustic styles. Handwoven from stain-resistant jute and wool, it features natural and beige tones that work with a variety of aesthetics and color palettes. A high 0.59" pile height makes it ideal for dining areas, bedrooms, or home offices. It's also safe to roll out over heated floors. Even though this rug has a cotton backing, we recommend pairing it with a rug pad sold separately to keep it from slipping and sliding around.

The meticulously woven construction of these pieces boasts durability and will provide natural charm into your decor space. Made with Jute in India, and has No Pile.

Beautiful rug but it has tassels which shows no tassels. I was disappointed, wish it didn’t have them.. Teresa. West Bend, WI. Fri Sep 18 2026

Carefully crafted with a durable, textured finish that comes from hand-braiding, this white jute and sisal area rug is just right for adding a patterned, farmhouse-friendly accent to your space. The stain- and fade-resistant material is ideal for high-traffic foyers and living rooms, and the striated effect is more forgiving than solids with all that foot traffic. Something to consider: Even the thickest area rugs require a little extra traction, so we recommend adding a rug pad.

Perfect! Just what I wanted. Looks great in my entry. Very thick and well made. Doesn’t even need a pad. Very happy with my purchase.. Patricia. Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. Sun Oct 11 2026

This tufted area rug creates a simple and cushioned foundation on your floors. It features a low 0.44" pile height that's ideal for spots with low foot traffic like the living room or entryway, while also inviting you to take off your shoes and sink your toes right in. This rug is power-loomed from polypropylene, and it features a jute backing. We also like how the black hue with subtle line designs complements aesthetics from modern to industrial. Whatever size area rug you choose, we recommend pairing it with a rug pad to keep it safely in place.

Very nice rug. It is actually pretty thick as well. Laid out flat very quickly which I was nervous about because it came all folded up instead of rolled up. Overall very happy with it.. Kaleigh. Wilmington, DE. Wed May 20 2026

Think coastal living and casual beach house style with rugs so classic they’ll even work in the city.  These Aerionna Purple Area Rugs are soft underfoot, textural, natural in color, and woven of sustainably harvested sisal and sea grass, or biodegradable jute.

LOVE this rug! I ordered it in “BROWN” (aka “NaturalGray”) and it’s perfect! My floors are brown with grey tones. The quality is impressive! The thickness, the durability, the size, the detail in the weave… I ordered a thin 13” rug pad to go underneath, but only to protect my floors. The rug is thick enough and soft enough to not need a pad under it. I haven’t walked on it barefoot, but with socks, it feels nice (not scratchy and pokey). I have no constructive criticism. Buy the rug. Just do it. You’ll be happy.. Jess. Fri Sep 18 2026

This area rug brings a coastal-inspired look to your home while adding a layer of natural texture underfoot. The organic fibers create a woven surface that's grounding and blends effortlessly with a variety of decor styles. The visible fibers highlight the organic look for added depth across your floors without overwhelming your space. It also provides a practical foundation that updates your space instantly. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

Beautiful rug! Exactly what I was looking for. It plays off the tan jutes really well too!. D. Pennington. Colorado. Fri Aug 07 2026

I recently purchased the Metie Natural Fiber Hand Tufted Jute Cotton Rug in Ivory, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent—sturdy yet soft underfoot, which is not always the case with natural fiber rugs. The blend of jute and cotton gives it a nice balance of durability and comfort, making it feel substantial without being rough. The ivory color is beautiful and versatile; it brightens up the room while still maintaining a warm, natural tone that goes well with almost any décor style. I especially love the subtle texture—it adds depth and interest without being overwhelming.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 02 2025

Love this rug. Fits perfect in my living room. Needed something not too late nor too dark. Wanted something that hid the “dirty stains easily”. Great choice and really good price. Genesis. Stockton, CA. Wed Aug 26 2026

The rug itself is great. But the packaging was horrible. One end of the rolled up rug was exposed as the plastic was torn during shipping and the fabric band got very dirty and torn. I tried to clean it as best as I can but the tear really bothers me.. Deanna. New York, NY. Sun May 17 2026

Absolutely love this runner. High quality braiding. The white stripes are a nice geometric detail that looks classic. I thought I wanted to replace my slate tile in the hallway, but actually really love the color contrast together and both being natural elements in my coastal New England home. Couldn’t be happier!. Michelle. Hampton, NH. Sun Sep 27 2026

Looking to lend your home a bright decorative touch? Don't forget about your floors! Adding an area rug like this is a great option for staging your ensemble with an on-trend look. These are beautiful rugs! Low profile enough so we can open the doors in the entryway. If you are looking for a soft rug, these aren’t it - however they are not scratchy or uncomfortable by any means. Will need to be spot cleaned or dry cleaned, but I sacrificed that for the style.. The perfect anchor for a breezy seating group or dining room ensemble, this understated sisal area rug lends a touch of simple sophistication to any space. Let it be the foundation for a glass-topped coffee table in the living room, then outfit the ensemble with clean-lined linen sofas, striped armchairs, and weathered chests to round out your aesthetic in style. For an added dash of nautical appeal, top off your tabletops with weathered buoy accents and muted floral bouquets, then add striped Fouta blankets and sail flag-inspired throw pillows around the seating group for a dash of marina-worthy flair. If you're outfitting your dining room, simply set this rug under a weathered table, then arrange burlap runners and navy blue placemats to complement the neutral maize and linen tones. This is a nice rug but it looks terrible in my room so I'm returning it. That's my fault not the rug. The colors are really nice and the rug looks good and has a great feel. It is a bit orangier than I was picturing. Also this rug is a lot thicker than I thought it would be so if you're using it near a door be careful. I thought looking for low pile was enough but for my door I really need to check the exact height.. Dawn. Ramsey, NJ. Mon May 11 2026

Just keep in mind that even though it's a sturdy rug, it performs best when paired with a rug pad to prevent shifting and sliding.
