First off, this is a beautiful rug. It's very soft and is just what I was looking for. That makes the second part even more unfortunate. But it doesn't get a full five stars because the packaging it arrived in was so flimsy that it ripped, (the deliverer conveniently placed it down on the ground, ripped side down, ) so I did have to use my little green Bissell to get the stain out. Luckily it came out easily, but I'm still a little bit annoyed that I only got a 40% refund when this rug was over $100. There is an option of paying $8.99 for a protection plan (I've never needed one for a rug before,) but if you're thinking of getting this rug, consider getting that protection plan, so in case if it arrives damaged, you can get a full refund.. I wanted to write a review here, because upon purchasing I felt like it was a risk due to no customer photos. It came in so perfectly though and exceeded my expectations! It is a beautiful light pink, so soft, but very thin. I did order a rug pad to put under it to give some extra cushion and that did the trick. The rug did come with wrinkles from the folds but we laid it flat overnight on our deck and then tightly rolled it to bring it inside where we left it for another day. So soft and a moody greenblack and turquoise. My little grandkids spend a lot of time on the floor in this room playing so it’s perfect for them.
