Beautiful thick wool quality rug! Colours are slightly more pastel than expected. I bought a pad to go underneath which eliminates any slippage and made it extra cushioney! The high-low pile design introduces subtle texture and depth without relying on complex patterns. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

This rug is a starting point for a room we are repurposing into a small den for reading & TV so won't get a lot of traffic. Having said that, it appears to be well-bound and did not have an odor (something I have read on other rug posts). There are lots of colors so lots of decorating possibilities! There is a photo with paint chips and for reference, the dark middle color in the rug matches Glidden Mountain Pine, so more green (I thought it was Navy). We are tending toward the bluey green but one could easily paint walls in off whites, beiges even peachy pink. There is far more variation in color within the design that makes it really pretty. Very pleased with this purchase!. Jj. Chicago Suburbs. Sat May 02 2026

Pair it with a rug pad to add extra cushion and prevent slipping and sliding.

Natural wool fibers serve as the basis for the decorative floorcovering designs, each hand-hooked loop in the elaborate geometric patterns perfectly placed to maintain artful composition. The understated color palette pairs with every interior color scheme while exotic motifs work a worldly layer over hard flooring surfaces.

Multicolored fringe adds texture along the short edges and echoes the varied palette throughout the rug. A rug pad is recommended to prevent slipping and provide extra cushioning. Plus, the wool construction provides a naturally textured surface underfoot.

It is a very nice rug …with beautiful colors! I thought I would love the fringe but I will cut it off as some others have suggested…so it will be perfect when I take those off.. Lisa. Newport, RI. Sun Sep 13 2026

This Oriental area rug brings a boho-inspired look to your living room or bedroom. Hand-hooked from wool, it features a botanical pattern with blooming flowers and delicate vines that add depth to your space. The design includes a subtle border for a tailored finish on your floors. It's crafted with a medium pile that offers cushioning underfoot while staying easy to vacuum. The canvas backing provides additional structure to the handmade form. Plus, it has a purposeful fade for a lived-in feel. We recommend pairing this piece with a rug pad to prevent slipping.

The rug is lovely and the colors add some brightness to a too monotone colored room. I like the loop style texture over a thick oriental area rug. It has a nice wide back edge finishing which was what I was looking for. I am hoping that the heavy weight of this rug will prevent it from walking on the old carpet that needs to be replaced some day. I like that the green-ish background has different tones to it. I am not sure I would call it turquoise and beige but I am happy with my decision. I am hoping that for the price it is a rug that will last many years.. Bernadette. Clinton Township, MI. I just bought my second one of these rugs. The first one I’ve had for over two years which is the one in the picture. I have it in my mudroom which get traffic from the garage as well as the backyard where we have a pool and play area. We also have 2 cats and frequently babysit a very active dog and it still looks this good. The rug is thick without being bulky. The one I just got delivered is going in my son‘s house to use in his kitchen.
