This was an extremely frustrating process. This initial order was delayed and also was the incorrect product. I was willing to wait for the replacement but even then, it seemed like the product I purchased was not guaranteed in terms of colors and then it was continuously delayed. This went on for 6+ weeks and I finally decided to not pursue it further and get the refund. All of this and the product was quite expensive, over $500. Very awful experience.. Courtney. Chicago, IL.
