Love this rug. Well made. Great color.. Anonymous. Fri Oct 09 2026

This hand-loomed wool rug embodies refined simplicity with its soft tone-on-tone texture and understated linear pattern. Meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, it showcases the natural beauty of hand-spun wool through a subtle play of depth and dimension. The minimalist design lends itself perfectly to modern, Scandinavian, and transitional spaces alike. Durable yet elegant, this rug provides a serene foundation that enhances any room with warmth and quiet sophistication.

This is a pretty nice rug -- good color (like toasted oatmeal, not too white and not too beige; a bit lighter than in my photo), sturdy, interesting pattern, not too heavy and not too light, and it's woven NOT tufted (so far as I can tell). Mine arrived tightly rolled up and distinctly musty, so I put it out on an old dog fence panel (like a rack) and let it air out in the sun for a full week, and it's fine. It smells like new wool now, and as a knitter I love the smell of clean wool. I have a baker's dozen of Solo Rugs, bought over the years, and while they're mostly not great quality (not tightly woven), the colors (turquoise, pink, yellow, variations on those) are hard to find anywhere else. What's more, I know I can take one of their rugs outside, stick it on the fence panel, and wash it with a hose and Eucalan and it will dry in a few days of hot sun and be genuinely clean. I couldn't do that with a thicker rug (like a gabbeh) or a tufted rug. This is also officially cat approved.. Albert. US. Fri Sep 11 2026

Lovely rug and extremely soft. Though we had purchased for under a kitchen table and the softness may not be great for spills. Online description said non-slip grip backing but that doesn’t appear to be there. Also tag says 100% polyester despite the online description mentioning some cotton. Pretty ivory color. Lines are more noticeable than in images.. Chris. Dc. Tue Sep 22 2026

Stunning rug!! And SO SOFT! Truly excellent quality, the rug feels weighted so it stays put even without a rug pad. Maintain the rug by vacuuming with suction onl, spills and stains should be treated by a professional cleaner.

Okay, so I give this five stars because I have been researching a wool type rug for months now and I can safely say I think this one hits the jackpot. Other wool rugs I have read that were the size I needed had negative reviews on color or pilling… even the way it was shipped, which was folded!!! There were no reviews on this and it’s over a thousand so I took a chance. First it caned ROLLED properly long ways.Woo good start! Second it’s I think like 40 percent polyester which I knew that fabric would bring a softness and sheen to the wool contrast… and it does! If you lay on it it’s not as soft as a synthetic but I knew that about wool rugs anyways. The color… other people who bought brown wool rugs said it picks up purple so I was worried about this one. It’s brown! In full light it’s brown, but I think certain lighting it can look purple which it’s fine it’s not that big of deal. If you had a very natural light area this will certainly pick up true brown. When it’s dimmed light it does have. Slight purple tinge but I just think that’s how brown wool rugs are now that I have one. It’s no big deal to me. Overall from other review pictures on brown wool rugs compared to this one… I mean this is exactly what I was looking for. In real life it’s a more deep brown, exactly what I wanted.. Amber. I like this rug a lot. But it is REALLY tough for my (Dyson) vacuum. The fuzz is crazy and I have to empty it immediately after going over the rug once. Also, because it’s very thick, my cat’s nails are doing damage. It’s weird that I’ve had much less expensive rugs that my cat has not been able to damage at all. So if you also have a cat, beware of that. I’m hoping the fuzz situation will subside the longer I have the rug. Love the color though and it’s comfortable to walk on.. Quinn. Washington, Dc. This rug is awesome I got the 9x12. I looked everywhere for a real wool rug that didn’t break the bank. This is woven but suprisingly soft. Looks really expensive. It shed of course but just the first couple vacuumed ! I don’t review often but because it took me so long to find this I thought I would share.. Ethan. Austin, TX. Thu Sep 03 2026

This rug is beautiful! It’s exactly what we expected based on the photos, and the feel is soft and fairly plush. Our only concern so far is that we still haven’t gotten it to completely flatten out. Although we’ve placed heavy furniture on it and attempted to work out the lumps, it still looks a little wavy. I am not deducting stars because it’s only been a week and a half, so I’m very hopeful this will solve itself.. Melissa. Winston-salem, NC. Tue Aug 11 2026
