I like the Un-Rug rugs. They are definitely low profile, skid proof and easy to clean. We just take them outside and hose them with a garden hose. We are using them as a bathroom mat in my elderly in-laws bathroom, so they do not slip. The size worked out well, so there is no room for tripping. We have had several of their rugs and have always been satisfied with them.. Nicole. Fremont, CA. Sun Nov 01 2026

A lovely design just right for our comfortable, busy kitchen! the 2' x 6' size covers the floor in front of our sink and dishwasher, catching small drips of water and remaining comfortable under foot. Its very low profile helps avoid stumbles and its rubbery backing keeps it from slipping (although it can gradually move slightly out of place). But because the mat is so thin, it is definitely not for those who want a cushioned mat or rug. I appreciate the quality of "made in the USA" as well as the fact that it can washed.. Kathryn. Overall I am very happy with this rug. But be warned that the color is very different than pictured. In daylight, it is more of a graygreen and darker than photos. And funny enough, in the evening it looks closer to the colors shown. Either way, it works and is very easy to wipe clean.. Gina. Live Oak, TX. Mon Jun 28 2021

Commercial kitchen floors can often be some of the most dangerous places in any restaurant. Proof chef mats are designed specifically to make any slippery commercial kitchen floors immediately safer for busy kitchen staff. Because this rubber mat is made from 100% nitrile rubber, it is the perfect grease and chemical resistant mat for the job. Place one of these heavy-duty drainage mats in a commercial kitchen or restaurant bar to protect the sub-floor surface from constant grease and moisture. But our grease-proof safety floor mats also offer amazing safety features at an affordable price. In kitchens, you will regularly find greases, oils, and moisture on slippery kitchen floors; it's the nature of the business! Invest in these kitchen drainage mats to lessen the risk of slips and falls. With its unique surface texture and large drainage holes, this rubber mat provides an excellent traction surface in wet areas by allowing liquids to pass through the surface of the mat. Combined with rubber's high natural coefficient of friction, the surface texture will grip the bottoms of shoes and keep your staff up and running during peak hours. The beveled edges of this rubber mat also reduce additional tripping hazards. Our grease-proof chef mats are easy to clean and dishwasher safe, and as a result they last longer than other safety floor mats you may find on the market. Invest in the safety of your staff and the continued success of your restaurant with quality safety floor mats.

Rubber-Cal's "Dura-Chef" non-slip rubber kitchen mats are utility mats that are available at a 1/2-inch x 3ft. x 5ft. size. These black anti-fatigue mats are made of comfortable natural rubber. In addition, these rubber kitchen mats are environmentally friendly floors in that they are made from tree-derived rubber ingredients. Natural rubber's supple construction offers protection from spills, prevention of fatigue, and provides a safeguard for equipment and floors. These non-skid mats contain holes throughout the surface of the mat to reduce the number of liquids, oils, and debris left on the surface. This creates a less hazardous walking area that will prevent slips, thus increasing safety during hours of operation. Not only do they serve as drain mats, but the padded flooring also provides anti-fatigue qualities that will reduce the body from growing too weary. The "Dura-Chef" is an ideal anti-fatigue mat for those who stand for long periods while working. Cashiers, valets, counter helpers, or assembly workers can all benefit from this padded flooring mat. While ensuring that those who work on the mats are better rested, these utility mats also serve well as a layer of floor protector mats for any equipment and the subfloors. This rubber kitchen mat will minimize damage to subfloors with its ample 1/2-inch gauge. Impact and noise from heavy machinery and equipment will be reduced, making the "Dura-Chef" ideal in industrial areas. The "Dura-Chef" makes for excellent garage flooring mats. Cleaning is easy, the rubber kitchen mat is lightweight so they can be removed, hosed down, and reinstalled, once dried. They are water-resistant floors and will not be affected by any level of moisture. The mat is heavy enough to stay down under its weight, making for no installation requirements. These non-skid mats provide safety, comfort, and durability. Safeguard your floors today!

I love the look of this mat in red. However, buyers should be aware that the rubber is very hard and unforgiving. So hard it hurts to walk on it in bare feet! It might be perfect for a commercial kitchen but I was quite disappointed as I have a shoes off household. Unfortunately, as a result, it doesn't quite fit the bill for what I was looking for--anti-fatigue mat.. Zoe. Vancouver, BC. Sat Jul 22 2023

Received about one month ago, when we were looking for exterior rugs for our two separate entry doors. We drag a lot of pine needles and sand into our house and we wanted a rug which would prevent this from happening. Also, we wanted it to be soft on the feet because were have a small lake house which means a lot of bare feet running in and out during the summer. Although it's just rubber, it's nice looking, is relatively soft, and has done a good job so far.. Ryan. Wolverine Lake, MI. Sun Apr 10 2016
