This area rug adds a Southwestern-inspired diamond design and shaggy texture to your floors. It's hand-knotted from 100% wool and features a high-low pile that's ideal for bringing a cozy feel to your living room or main bedroom. The tufted details across the diamonds provide extra depth, while fringed ends add a classic, decorative touch. Global interest in the countryside is driving a New Ruralism. The Catskills town of Bovina is ahead of this growing movement, drawing Brooklyn creatives north in search of slower, more natural rhythms of life. Created in collaboration with renowned lifestyle editor Newell Turner, the Clouds Rug is inspired by the Catskills’ wide-open skies, painted in shadow and light. Hand-knotted with a rich luster wash, the rug’s soft sheen illuminates the cloud pattern.

This rug feels so good to the touch! We got this to replace our current rug in the living room but decided we would hold off on doing so until our children were a bit older, you see, they are both under 3 years old and thats just a particularly destructive age. Will report back on usage when we do. Jesica N.. Moseley, VA. Tue Nov 21 2023

Hand-knotted with a shag effect in natural turkey feather shades, our wild Turkey feathers rug is inspired by the Wild Turkey Feathers that roam the Catskills. Tucked near the highland headwaters of the Delaware River, the town of Bovina is home to Newell Turner, who we collaborated with on the design of this collection. Bring home a bit of the New Ruralism.

This lovely hand made rug meets every expectation! The color way is well represented in the on line photos, and the rug reflects the darkerlighter side nape of the hand knotting process. The rug is rich with pattern and color, and soft to the touch. The price point was also excellent! The brown field color is a cooler brown, almost a mushroom color. Very neutral and beautiful! Make a statement in your home with this overdyed hand-woven kilim. An intricate design and exquisite coloration make this all wool rug a standout piece for any room. Because of each rug's handmade nature, no two are exactly alike, and quantities are limited. Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from settling into the roots of the fibers. Brushless attachment is recommended. Avoid direct and continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose ends, clip them with scissors. Turn carpet occasionally to equalize wear. Clean spills immediately; if liquid, blot with clean, undyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill to absorb as much as possible. For hard to remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Use of a rug pad is recommended.

Each 50 to 70 year old piece is sourced from local homes across Turkey, then washed, sun faded, sheared, and overdyed to refresh its color while preserving its handmade character. The result is a unique, sustainable, and durable rug with a beautifully aged look that adds warmth, history, and timeless style to modern, rustic, coastal, traditional, and contemporary interiors.
