Customers say

Customers generally praise the product's attractive appearance and comfortable feel, noting it as a quality piece that looks more expensive than its price. Many appreciate the genuine leather material, describing it as nice and gorgeous. The overall impression is highly positive, with customers loving the unique look and statement-making quality of the chairs. However, some reviews mention issues with the material, including dried-out or cracked leather, and warped metal cladding on arrival. There are also mixed opinions on comfort, with some finding the chairs firm but comfortable for long periods, while others describe them as uncomfortably hard or too small.
