one Galvanized steel rod was bended and joint was cracked too. some of the clipping for rods were so hard that it did even cut finger.

It came with an incomplete order. No hardware and wayfair stated that because it’s out of the 30 day window, it’s out of their control. Who checks a 30 foot tent for all the hardware? We looked and saw the plea and tent but didn’t fully pull it out until just before my daughter’s wedding…which is ruined, thanks. This company will never again get any of my business.

Product was as described and easy to setup

Excellent. Easy set up. Perfect for 200 people

Although the tent was properly staked per instructions, a mild overnight rain with very little wind caused a large portion of the tent to collapse. The metal poles bent allowing the water to collect and put pressure on the whole structure. The line they supplied to tie the tent down broke. The boxes came damaged, making them difficult to reuse to store tent when taken down. The instructions were absolutely hard to understand and we mostly relied on the pictures to install.

Great quality looking to purchase one more

We were so excited and pleased with this when we used it for a party. It was easy to put together, was a great size and did everything we wanted. It rained so it was a wonderful addition to our event. Obviously we didn't take it down as soon as the event was over. The next day just as we got to it it collapsed with the weight of the rain on it. Since we had another event in a few days we replaced the pipe and put it back up. This time it got blown away with the wind. What a waste of $$$$. It's now junk.

It was larger than i though and worth the work to put it together.
