Rug is beautiful, but arrived with live moths, loads of moth debris and moth eaten hole inside. GROSS!

Got my rug within a few days of ordering it. As other reviews commented on, there was some sort of dust/seeds/dirt that i had to clean off before enrolling. I did not have any weird or powerful smells and no live insects. My reason for deducting a star is because the coloring was so much lighter than expected in the area I expected to be dark. Not unpleasant and I can work with it, just not like the picture in my opinion. The thickness is good, it's soft to walk on, and it unrolled nicely. There are a few tufts of wool sticking out in spots which I'll try to tuck back in the rug weave - likely not going to stay but I'll try. Overall, not disappointed with anything enough to try to send back, just adjusting my color headspace expectations.
