Kiyohiko Modern Velvet Tufted Daybed with Solid Wood Frame and Plush Upholstery

The bed itself is beautiful but like other people complained of, the legs are fragile and break easily. My husband fixed it with about $40 worth of supplies and 5 hours labor. But honestly I’m still happy with it!

After less than a month of light use as a guest bed, this has broken and is unusable. The brace holding the mattress platform to the front of the bed broke, and now the mattress slants toward the floor if any weight is put on it. I should have been suspicious when I opened the box and found several of the wood pieces cracking before assembly. This is absolute garbage, do not buy it.

I have to revise my previous rating on this product because the first time we moved it after assembly, the back leg completely broke out of the frame. The leg pulled put with the metal tube tube threading still around the screw peg of the leg. A complete failure of the frame structure. Very frustrating. Yes, its an inexpensive piece, but still. ... ok, I have rectified the leg issue with epoxy. I would suggest buying this daybed as the aesthetic is very cool, but save yourself a headache by assembling it with the use of 2 packs of gorilla glue epoxy. Apply epoxy to all four legs and all 3 stabilizing legs (running the length of the piece through the middle) and you will end up with a stable piece of furniture.

Purchased for my nursery. It is a beautiful bed and fits the space well. Only issue is the legs are very weak, and two of them broke before the bed has even been used. The threading is stripped and they bendbuckle, so we have to be very careful when moving it. Will probably just take the legs off in a couple years and use it as a toddler bed. Hoping it makes it until then!

Broke twice in under 4 months so I honestly wouldn’t recommend but the customer service was amazing. I just wouldn’t waist my time.

Very easy to put together, I love the size and the quality but the color is not the pink I was hoping for. To me it was more like a dark pink rose.
