The rug came with an area of discoloration about a foot in diameter. I vacuumed and tried a stain remover, neither helped. I had bought the one year insurance. The rug arrived when I was getting ready to leave the country for close to six months, so since I had a year coverage which supposedly covered returns for any reason, I decided to wait until I returned to put in a claim. My coverage ends in just under 4 months from now. I put in my claim today and it was declined. No reason given! Their insurance is a waste of money and ordering a rug that came damaged is another waste of money. Beware.

Very happy with purchase. Little wrinkled but relaxing nicely over time

I had high hopes for this rug! Two issues; actual color & fold lines/wrinkles. I realize the computer picture is not always color accurate, but I searched the comments to see what was said about the color & everyone said it was “as pictured” “even better than pictured”. It is a nice blue, but it is lighter in shade & the hue is more a cool tone so not the best match for my living room & too big to return! The wrinkles are also really set & even after vacuuming & placing heavy furniture on it, they aren’t going away...

Color is great. The texture is perfect!

Quality seems good although there are creases at one end that don’t seem to want to come out. Rug looks primarily blue when viewed from one end; primarily white when viewed from other end. Description on line says it’s blue and beige. I’d say more white than beige but I can live with it. I’m pleased with the purchase.

Was expecting a better quality, and the colors are way better then the pictures A week has passed and still unable to remove all the wrinkles; have the furniture all over to see if it will help to get straight. Hopefully I can update the final results. Also; make sure to buy a thick pad to give it a bit of couching

Very unique and beautiful once it is laid out. The shipping was inadequate and it took days to stretch the rug flat.

The color is pretty true to the pics.
