Stair Tread Template Tool is designed and manufactured based on the core concept of allowing treadle installers to complete the delivery work conveniently and efficiently. In terms of material selection, we use stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and the surface is anodized. The biggest advantage of this is that it is durable and can prevent discoloration in humid or high temperature environments. Unlike wood, which is not conducive to long-term use, because it will expand and contract with changes in humidity, making the data inaccurate.
In terms of design, it is specially made into an adjustable tread measuring fixture, and it is also equipped with 3 different sizes of tie rods. The purpose is to enable the treadle installer to quickly select the appropriate size and easily adjust the angle, length and height to meet any work requirements according to the actual situation, saving delivery time.
It is simple and safe to use and operate. Use the 4x knob to safely lock it in place. If your stair treads are very long, you can use more knobs, which are easy to set and disassemble. While meeting the work needs of pedal installers, we have specially set its color to two shades of blue and red, which is truly practical and beautiful.
