Full size is good to go, twin is flimsy and not great but it does enough holding up of the bed to keep it.

Got this for my son about a year ago and it seems to be sturdy and allows for storage in the space beneath the mattress. I just ordered another one for our new house.

It’s a bit squeaky. And I know that its height is advertised, but I will say it’s really high! Ha… I don’t mind that because I’m tall but everyone who comes into my room always comments on how high my bed is.
