Ordered the floating bookcase three months ago. Expected delivery date passed, product had not been shipped and had not received the product. Contacted Wayfair and they magically shipped it to me within four days. It arrived really rough. Box was in pretty bad condition and there’s some Nixs and dings on the bookcase. Overall I can live with the condition the bookcase came in, color matched with a furniture marker to hide some of marks. Sharing so others may know what to expect.

Could of been cleaned before being put in the box and could of done with some wholes at the back so you new where to put the screws that hold the shelfs up. But apart from that it's absolutely beautiful , I love it !!!

Disappointed! Looks beautiful on the picture but arrived demaged! Such a poor manufacturing skills! Cant use as it is all chipped and disgusting and only partially refunded!

Took the parts out of the packaging which was slightly bashed, expected it to look nicer than it did, looked like someone else had thought the same and we’d received their return, it’s going back!
